One of the most powerful things about a quiz is that you can create a personalized email based on the customer’s quiz responses. And you can send the email immediately after the quiz is completed, by leveraging Omnisend’s Automations. 

Additionally, you can create a dynamic email to incorporate the specific answers that you gathered in the quiz, including the specific product recommendation based on the customer’s responses. 

Here is how you can set it up: 

In Omnisend’s Audience tab, click on the Create segment button: 

Scroll to the bottom, and select Custom property: 

Choose the property that you would like to build your segment around. This will be something specific to your quiz, ideally something that everyone will answer during the course of taking the quiz: 

After you choose the Custom Property that you want to build the segment around, select Exists. This ensures that everyone who answered this question in the quiz (and therefore has created a Custom Property) will be in the segment: 

Save the segment by clicking the Save segment button: 

And name the segment something that will be intuitive to you and your team: 

Now in the Automations tab, click New workflow: 

And create a custom workflow: 

To trigger the automation, select Contact enters a segment: 

And select the segment that you created for anyone who took the quiz: 

You can send a message to those that completed the quiz! 

It is a good idea to test this automation to ensure that the segment is created as you expect, and that message are sent as hoped for!
