A Popular Ancient Remedy Brought To the Modern Consumer

Teelixir is a Direct To Consumer wellness brand, helping customers reach optimum health with organic adaptogens and superfoods, like Mushroom Teas and Supplements.

Despite being an ancient health remedy, the modern consumer still had a lot to learn about the product: which product was needed for various symptoms and health challenges. 

Potential customers would leave without purchasing due to confusion.

Visitors who were on the site on any page were prompted to take the quiz, through Klaviyo’s pop ups:

 

Daniel even sent the quiz to his existing email list, in order to learn more about them:

 

Daniel realized that if he learned more about his customers, he could recommend the best product and help them solve their needs.

The quiz asked basics about the customer, like their age and gender, but also more specific things that can only be learned by asking customers directly, like what their goals and challenges are:

 

After learning these things, there was enough information to offer a personalized recommendation to the customer:

 

And the data is sent through to Klaviyo as Custom Properties andas Events, which makes it incredibly easy to create Flows, Segemnts, and insert dynamic personalization.
