And to use it is simple. 

In a Klaviyo Campaign, you can simply click “Insert Property” and the customer’s custom property will dynamically appear. 

For example, if you want to dynamically add their first name to an email, you would simply “Insert Property” and add the Custom Property into the email: 

And voila, it will dynamically show the customer’s first name: 

Of course, the name is a basic example, but it can literally anything that you may have gathered in the quiz. 

#2 Conditional Splits

A Conditional Split allows you to create different branches in a flow, based on the information that you know about the contacts.

For example, if you are a clothing brand, and you learned in your Prehook quiz which colors and styles someone likes, then you can create conditional splits so that you are tailoring content and products specifically for their style preferences. 

And you can use the customer data gathered via Prehook to build these conditional splits: 

#3 Dynamic Product Recommendation 

Now this is really my favorite one!
