If you have set up your quiz to have a product recommendation at the end, but see a message that says, “Bummer! We didn’t find any matches for your exact criteria”, there are few reasons why this happens:

Here are a few suggestions to fix this:

1. Check the recommendation logic:  Have you “Excluded” all potential products to recommend at the end? You can start by reviewing where you have Excluded products, and ensure that there isn’t a question or series of questions that excludes too many products. For example, if you remove all Excluded products, you will see recommendations again, as the algorithm will recommend the Best Sellers. And from there, you can Exclude products for each question where applicable. There is more information on the creating Product Recommendations here. 

2. Check that recommended products are actually in stock: If the recommended product is out of stock, it will not appear at the end in the recommendations. You can test to see if this is in fact the issue, by toggling ON the “Show Out Of Stock/Untracked Products” in the recommendations page:
