How to dynamically insert Custom Properties from Prehook quizzes into Omnisend emails
Personalization at scale can happen when an email is built to dynamically insert different content, depending on the information that’s known about the recipient.
Omnisend is especially powerful in inserting personalization in multiple ways.
In this help document, we’ll see how to insert data gathered from a Prehook quiz to personalize the campaigns being sent out.
This is particularly helpful for follow up emails after a quiz is completed, in abandoned cart emails, or campaigns built around the specific preferences of the customer.
The first step is to go to the editor of the email that you wish to send. Click on the Insert Personalization icon for whichever content you wish to personalize:
Now click on Contact, and then Custom Properties. You will see a list of the Custom properties that were gathered from the customer completing the quiz:
You can personalize any number of elements in the email or SMS, which is what makes the Omnisend and Prehook integration awesome!
