There are five simple steps to getting your first quiz live:

  1. Choose Your Template
  2. Create Your Design
  3. Build Your Quiz
  4. Integrate With Your Apps
  5. Publish
  1. Template: Start With A Blank Template Or Preset Theme. There are a variety of quizzes that are built for various niches and use-cases. You can start with a template and customize every detail to meet your specific needs.
  1. Design: The Design step is where you choose the look and feel of your quiz–this includes the font style, colors of text, buttons, background, and any background image. You can start with a preset theme or a custom theme and customize.

Once in the Custom Themes section, you can create a quiz to match your brand style guidelines.

  1. Builder: The Builder is where the magic happens! Add your questions, answers, and create the user experience of how your customers will move through the quiz.

You can start your quiz with a “Welcome Screen”, which includes a headline of what your quiz will be about, and why your shoppers will want to take it.

Add Additional Questions: You can add a new question by clicking the + sign:

Customize Each Question: You can customize each question (making it a required question, adding a description, adding an image, and more. Each question type has a different set of settings that you can use).

Delete Questions: You can also delete a question. Once a question is deleted, it can not be recovered.

Note: you can “drag and drop” your questions to change the order of questions. There are a variety of question types that you can create,

Ending Your Quiz

The Thank You page is a good way to close out your quiz. You can include a statement, and direct shoppers to a page of your choosing–your top selling product or a popular Collection is a good option.

  1. Integrations: Prehook integrates with the most important software in your marketing stack–Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and we are working on expanding this list every day.
