What Are The Different Question Types?

• Welcome

Welcome screens are the first impression your shopper will have with the quiz–so it’s very important! You can add an image to the Welcome Screen, text, and hook users in with intrigue and curiosity to take the quiz.

• Thank You

The last impression of your quiz is the Thank You page. You can customize the text, image, and design of this screen.

• Multiple Choice

Multiple Choice questions are great when you want to offer a variety of answers to your question. You can allow users to submit multiple answers, or only one answer.

• Dropdown

Dropdown are an easy way to give users a range of options, where they have to choose only one answer.

• Phone Number

Users can share their phone numbers with Phone Number questions. Many brands find increasing success with SMS messenger marketing, and these questions are a great way to capture that data.

• Text

Text questions allow you to capture open-ended written answers from users.

• Statement

Use a Statement question when you want to share information with users, and you don’t need to capture any answers from them. For example, interesting facts, statistics, quotes, or information that helps enhance the quiz experience are all great use cases.

• Picture

You can use a Picture question like a Multiple Choice, where users will select between a choice of images.

• Yes/No

The Yes/No questions that are binary–where a Yes/No answer will get you the information that you need.

• Email

You can easily capture emails (and integrate with your favorite email service provider). Answers need to be submitted in a properly formatted email, for example [email protected]

• Opinion Scale

Opinion questions allow you to capture a rating from one to ten, or whatever range that you choose.

• Rating

A Rating question is similar to an Opinion Scale question, but you can provide visual answers to increase the interactive and entertaining element.

• Date

Date questions allow you to capture dates–you can format your dates in multiple ways.

• Number

When you want to capture a number, use this question type. Users can enter up to ten digits (decimals and negative numbers are not accepted).

• Link

Users can add a website or link using the Link question.

• Discount Code

Add a discount code for shoppers to use upon check out. Please note that you should not use one-time-use discounts here.
