My Product Recommendations are Not Showing Properly

The benefit of a quiz is that you can learn about customers wants, and recommend a product that they are most likely to purchase. 

But there are some circumstances where you won’t actually see your products recommended, and instead see the Prehook sample page, that looks like this: 

Here are some of the things to check if you see this: 

1. Did you publish and install the quiz on your storefront? The recommendations pull directly from your inventory list. So if you are in Preview mode (which would be on a URL like https://quiz.prehook.com/?id=VcG3doF), then you will not see the actual recommendations. 
   1. The fix is to publish and install the quiz on your actual storefront.  
2. Do you sell digital products? If you sell a digital product, like a course or ebook, then you have to have “Show Out of Stock” turned on. You can change this on the settings of your Product Recommendation page
3. If you have excluded all potential products: You will not see any recommended products if you have Excluded all products when building out your recommendation logic. This means that Prehook will not have any products to show in the final recommendation.
