How To Use Multiple Quiz Endings To Create A More Interactive Quiz
Your Prehook quiz will finalize with an Ending–this can be a Product Recommendation, or a Thank You Page (which can include a link, text, and image).
You can show different endings, depending on the quiz responses and send customers to the most appropriate ending.
Multiple quiz endings allows you to create a more personalized and interactive experience for your customers.
You might have different text, images, or landing pages that you’d want to show, which is a great use case for Multiple Quiz Endings.
After you have added your first quiz ending:
You will see the option to add an Additional Quiz Ending:
You can add as many “Thank You” endings or “Product Recommendations” as you see fit.
Once you have set up your multiple Quiz Endings, you can set up which Quiz Ending a customer will see in the Conditional Logic section:
Each of the Multiple Endings will be denoted with a letter, starting with “A”. In the example above, there are three endings, questions 10A, 10B, 10C.
Note: you do not need to add multiple Endings to your quiz. And if you have not set up the Conditional Logic to go to a particular Ending, then by default it will send customers to the first ending.
You will want to test the different paths that you created, to ensure that the different pathways make sense and follow the logic that you intended.

How To Send Shoppers To Your Own Landing Page with Auto Open Link
Prehook’s Auto Open Link feature allows merchants to send shoppers to a specific landing page on the website.
This is ideal if you:
- Have a well-optimized landing page that is designed to convert.
- Want more control over design of the shopping experience
- Want to completely control the customer website experience
In order to use this feature, you will have to use a “Thank You” ending.
You can use Conditional Logic to send customers to a specific Thank You page, and URL.
Once a customer lands on the Thank You page, and you have “Auto Open Link” toggled ON, then the customer will automatically be redirected to the URL that you have set up.
